"Today we discontinued twelve-hour shifts and it's back to four hours on, eight off. I've hardly slept today, though, because the scenery is so hypnotically beautiful. We work for a while or eat or something, then we feel a pull from the deck and pretty soon we're out there soaking up the mountains, snow, and smooth blue-green water."
