In just the few minutes since the other picture, clouds have appeared. I have never seen weather as changeable as Alaska's.
Dutch Harbor, the actual shipping center and home of the fishing fleet, is several kilometers beyond Unalaska and to the right of this view. Notice the homes in the hills. Many of them are geodesic domes rather than traditional houses.
