drag foldThere's a lot more to geology besides minerals, rocks and fossils. The things that happen to rocks and minerals, and the signs they leave, are dear to the geologist's heart because these are clues to how the Earth actually works. Folding, upheaval, weathering, metamorphism—all these and more are signs of actions in the Earth. Take a few minutes and sample some of that variety in my Gallery of Geologic Features and Processes.
