Today is so hot that I feel like I'm in Las Vegas. And that's a good thing because Las Vegas is such a splendid place for anyone excited by geology. I just discovered your site and did so as I am searching for info on building a home, in Basalt Rock. Yes, I’m wondering if a house in the side of a basalt rock cliff, is wise or appropriate? Meanwhile this is a cool site, Andrew ty
