Fusillade Mountain

Deep in the wilds of Glacier National Park in northern Montana is Fusillade Mountain. Why is it named that? Supposedly because a legendary hunter took too many shots to kill whatever he was shooting at. But on this page, deep in the wilds of the peaks gallery of the mountain West states, you'll see my own much more plausible and satisfying hypothesis.
