Monday at AGU
Monday December 13, 2004
I'm at the AGU meeting all week in San Francisco. Look up abstracts for any session here and follow along with the stories in the news, or with me if you like. Today I'll take in a session on the sun and climate (session code U11A), watch some geologic time-lapse videos (ED12A), hear and see the latest from the Mars rovers (P13B), and learn more about geodetic observations of motion on the San Andreas fault system (G14A). Plus wander through hundreds of posters.
There will be press conferences on permafrost loss, climate change and forests, the Mars rovers, mega-tsunamis and the ICESat satellite.
