Distant Saturn's moon Titan, one target of the Cassini mission, would seem like a strange and un-Earthlike place. But it is surprisingly familiar to a geologist, having rocks, lakes and weather. Of all the objects in the solar system only Earth can also boast those things. So three sets of geologic specialists—planetologists, oceanographers and climatologists—are interested in Titan.
