Monday May 3, 2004
The "latest" Eos came today--the April 13 issue--and it had an article about a career forum put on by the National Academy of Science. A big chunk of the current professional workforce is nearing retirement age, which means that opportunities for geoscientists will hit a peak soon. Its exciting to read that now is the best time to get involved in geoscience. But I noticed this was written in 2004, is this the same 3 years later in 2007? I’m asking because I’ve recently have been highly interested in this field and want to pursue a career in geology.
