Wine Country Geology

One of my fondest geological memories is the day I spent touring Napa Valley rocks and wineries in the company of a group of geologists (read the article, A Day of Total Terroir). A very similar tour is happening Sunday March 7, with the tour bus leaving Berkeley at 9 and returning by 5, after visiting Opus One, Stag's Leap and more.
