Mantleplumes update

Wednesday February 4, 2004
Mantleplumes.org, the iconoclastic site where researchers share papers arguing against the mantle-plume theory, has gotten user-friendlier. Less than a year old, mantleplumes has a large amount of content including the proceedings of last year's Penrose conference in Iceland. New there is a roadmap page; together with the about-this-site page, the site is growing from underdog to respectable. In the works is a prettier and more functional redesign that includes a discreet bit of Flash. Correcting an oversight, I've just added the site to the catchall Geophysics list.
